Ball collection & Jersey sales: 9th September 2025 between 5pm – 6:30pm (Henley Park) – (Once the team ball is collected you will not get another if it’s misplaced).
Divisions:
- Under 7 Boys (born 2018 or later)
- Under 7 Girls (born 2018 or later)
- Under 9 Boys (born 2016 or later)
- Under 9 Girls (born 2016 or later)
- Under 11 Boys (born 2014 or later)
- Under 11 Girls (born 2014 or later)
- Under 13 Boys (born 2012 or later)
- Under 13 Girls (born 2012 or later)
- Under 15 Boys (born 2010 or later)
- Under 15 Girls (born 2010 or later)
- Youth League Boys U18s (any age but must be born in 2008 or later)
- Youth League Girls U18s (any age but must be born in 2008 or later)
Registration and Jersey Fee:
- The registration fee for the 2025 Wests Junior Park Comp is $90 per player + NSWTA/TFA Fee
- Playing singlets are the Wests Junior Competition reversible singlets. All individuals are required to wear the Wests reversible playing singlet. These are an additional $30 and can be purchased online or at Henley Park on Tuesday 9th September 2025.
- Players who do not have the reversible playing singlet from the Junior Park Competition or need to purchase another singlet (e.g. may have lost it, need another size) can purchase for $30.
- NOTE: the Junior Park Competition reversible singlets are NOT the same as the representative reversible playing singlets. Players must wear the Junior Park Competition singlet.
Registration closing date:
- Registrations will close on Monday 1st September 2025
Number of players in a team:
- U7s to U9s have 5 players on the field. It is recommended that 10 players will be sufficient per team in this age group to allow plenty of game time experience.
- U11s to Youth League team have 6 players on the field. It is recommended that 12-14 players will be sufficient per team in this age group to allow plenty of game time experience.


- It is up to the manager that registers the team’s discretion to register as many players as they wish per team but is in charge of substitutions during the game.
- There is a maximum of 4 representative players per team. An individual is classed as a representative player if they played at any other touch football competitions such as Junior State Cup or Vawdon Cup. If you wish to have more than 4 representative players in your team, you will need to move up to the older age group where there is an unlimited number of rep players. Send an email to [email protected] seeking a request to play up in the next division.
Qualifications for JSC:
- To Qualify for JSC 2026 players must play in the Wests Junior Park Competitions or Wests Senior Spring Competition
- Any players wanting to play in the 10’s, 12’s or 14’s for JSC must play in this competition otherwise they will not be eligible.
How to register for Tuesday Night Junior Competition
Register a Team:
In order to register individual players into a team, the manager will need to register the team first. To register a team:
- Go to Competition Finder – Competition Finder – MySideline
- Click register a team.
- Enter Western Suburbs Touch in the search bar.
- Scroll down to which junior competition team you want to register a team in.
- Follow the prompts to register the team.
- Managers will then be added to a WhatsApp group for all your weekly updates – *a new group chat for 25/26 will be created for all managers*
- Please note, the person registering the team and entering their contact details will be the manager for the team, and the primary contact for Wests Touch to communicate information regarding the Junior Competition.
Register a Player into a Team:
- Once the manager has created the team, individual players can register by using the team’s registration link. To register a player in a team:
- Go to Competition Finder – MySideline
- Click register a player
- Enter your team’s name in the search bar
- Click register and go from there. If you need to purchase a reversible playing singlet, this option will be made available.
Register a Player into a 2nd team:
Email [email protected] with the players name and team they would like to play for.
Register a Player who does not have a Team:
- Don’t have a team, don’t worry! Simply email [email protected] with player’s name and age and we will allocate to a team.
Rules and Regulations:
- 25 min games
- Touch down, turn around
- Win = 3 points
- Draw = 2 points
- Loss = 1 point
- Bye = 0 points
- Manager will need to sign the card for their team at the end of the game which is held by the referee.
- Max 4 rep players on each team (unless playing up a division)
- Under 7 non-competitive
- Referees to score and get managers to sign score sheet at the end of the game.
- 2nd team rego $50
- Any rounds washed out will NOT be replayed.
- Prize Money for BYL and GYL competitions
- 1 manager per team → will set up the team and send the link out to them in order for the players to register
- Manager will be in charge of signing the players on each week via QR code. (Please note spot checks will be randomly undertaken each Tuesday by club executives. Any team found playing a player not registered in the team or signing players who are not in attendance will automatically forfeit)
- Communication will be sent out via my sideline for managers to communicate to their team
